Centre 1 - Parent Feedback

 I was new to having a child in early learning, Ros and her team have made our experience so easy for both us and our little ones. Whenever we visit the centre, we are always greeted with the beautiful aroma of freshly cut fruit being prepared for morning tea, along with warm smiles and a friendly hello from all the staff down the fun and brightly decorated halls of the centre. I enjoyed seeing what delicious and nutritious meals were being served every week, in fact it inspired me to try some of the meals at home. It puts my mind at ease to have kind, understanding, qualified and well-trained staff caring for our children. The courtesy bus has been a big blessing for our family. We couldn't be happier to have our children at Childs World.

 Being a first-time mum, I was very apprehensive to put my daughter in day care whilst I go back to work. I did a walk though with Roz at Childs World Centre 1 and from first meet I was put completely at ease. All the educators are brilliant and very knowledgeable in their area. They were very gentle and caring and worked with me to get my child into a sleep routine and how to best help her identify and learn new things through various activities. The educators kept us update date with everything Arianna was doing either via their app and were more than happy to take my calls when I was concerned, and I found them always welcoming when drop off and picking up my child. They even went out of their way to contact me when Arianna was sick to see how she was going. I commend the whole team for their hard work efforts especially during COVID as it hasn’t been an easy time.I highly recommend parents consider Childs World Centre 1 as their day care provider.

Roz and her team of amazing educators I could write a novel of thank-you’s! I walked into the centre after being made to feel like my child was “too much to handle” from another centre a little teary, Roz opened her centre, heart and ears to my two boys Rocky and Kashy and most of all (in my view) myself ! My youngest entered kindy under assessment from numerous paediatricians and psychologists, many times the team handled many literal curveballs from my son in the upmost professional but caring way we never had a communication breakdown which I had faced in previous centres !!! We will miss our daily Dino viewing especially! See you soon brac !! I truly wish I could have had all these amazing educators in my children’s lives earlier. Thank you. Kash
