At Childs World Centre 4 our philosophy is based on opened ended environments and child lead learning through play. We believe in providing a safe, secure, inclusive, environmentally responsible, nurturing and most of all fun environment. Our environments are set up to foster children’s learning and we provide a flexible daily routine, allowing children to make their own choices and decisions, problem solve, develop their self-esteem and confidence.

We acknowledge the roles our families play and work with them to ensure we have the best learning outcome for the children and their families. We also work closely with our community; we believe we are an extension of our families and community and try to ensure each child has every opportunity to learn and grow.

We engage in ongoing reflection about our practices and procedures to ensure we continually provide improvement. Our educators also value opportunities for professional development and make sure each child has access to improved and updated learning programs and opportunities.
